Intent: To design an entire corporate identity for a restaurant graphics course. I created a restaurant called "Boho Bistro & Books" that sold sandwiches and housed a bookstore. The slogan "You are what you eat: You are what you read" helped unify the two ideas. The restaurant's menu was a hard cover book to tie-in with the theme.
Being a bohemian style establishment the store used reusable canvas bags and sold organic potato chips. The sandwiches were wrapped in recycled paper containing fun fake newspaper articles similar to those in "The Onion."
Medium: Hand-made book and potato chip packages. Designs were composed with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. |
